摘要
目的分析急性心肌梗死患者应用经皮冠状动脉腔内介入成形术对患者心功能恢复情况的影响。方法选用2019年7月-2020年6月期间本院接受治疗的急性心肌梗死患者共80例作为此次研究对象,采用随机数字分配的方式将患者分为研究组与对照组,每组患者各40例,研究组实施经皮冠状动脉腔内介入成形术进行治疗,对照组接受非介入治疗方案,比较两组患者临床疗效与治疗前后心功能情况。结果研究组患者脑梗死血管再通、心血管事件与死亡等临床疗效指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者心功能指标无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后研究组患者LVEDV、LVESV、LVEF等心功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死患者应用经皮冠状动脉腔内介入成形术对患者心功能恢复有很大价值,可以降低患者心血管发生情况,提升临床治疗有效率,可以将其作为急性心肌梗死患者临床治疗的首选方案。
Objective To analyze the effect of percutaneous transluminal coronary intervention on cardiac function recovery in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study.The patients were divided into study group and control group by random digital distribution.The study group was treated with percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty and the control group received non-interventional therapy.Results The indexes of vascular recanalization, cardiovascular events and death in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in cardiac function between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05),and the LVEDV、LVESV、LVEF indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous intracoronary angioplasty in patients with acute myocardial infarction is of great value to the recovery of cardiac function, which can reduce the cardiovascular occurrence of patients and improve the effective rate of clinical treatment.It can be used as the first choice for clinical treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction.
