摘要
目的总结应对重大突发公共卫生事件时的护理组织管理经验,为灾难应急医疗救援提供参考。方法新型冠状病毒疫情期间,该援鄂医疗队应用“三段三区”护理工作模式统筹推进护理工作,将整个救援过程根据工作重点的不同分为前期准备阶段、中期收治督导阶段、后期撤收总结阶段;将救援现场根据暴露风险大小进行物理分区,在物理分区基础上进行功能分区和人员分区,并确定各区防护等级,匹配相应的物资设备等形成“三区”模式。结果2批次医疗队先后顺利完成3个新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)隔离病房的组建和运行,历时2个多月,救治近300例患者。患者无投诉,医护人员无感染、无重大护理不良事件等意外情况发生。结论“三段三区”护理工作模式在整个救援过程和救援现场的组织管理中发挥了重要作用,可为今后应急医疗救援工作提供新的理念策略和思考框架。
Objective To summarize the experience of nursing organization and management in response to major public health emergencies to provide references for disaster emergency medical rescue.Methods During the novel coronavirus epidemic situation,the hospital′s aid to Hubei medical team used the nursing model called"Three Sections and Three Areas"to coordinate and promote the nursing work.The entire rescue process was divided into three phases:the pre-preparation phase,mid-term admission supervision phase and the later withdrawal and summarizing phase according to different work priorities.The rescue site was physicallypartitioned according to the exposure risk,the functional partitioning and personnel partitioning were performed on the basis of physical partitioning,and the protection level of each area was determined for matching corresponding materials and equipment,etc.Results Two batch-times of medical teams successfully completed the establishment and operation of three new coronary pneumonia isolation wards,which lasted for more than two months and nearly 300 patients were rescued.There were no complaints from patients,no infections of medical staff,no major adverse nursing events and other accidents.Conclusion The"Three Sections and Three Areas"nursing work model plays an important role in the organization and management of the entire rescue process and the rescue site,which can provide new concepts,strategies and thinking frameworks for emergency medical rescue work in the future.
