摘要
猪链球菌病是一种急性热性高度接触性人畜共患病,除危害猪外还可以危害多种动物和人类。目前已知的链球菌血清型有35个,其中具有致病性的为链球菌二型,并且流行较为广泛。临床上以心内膜炎、急性败血症、关节炎、脑膜炎为主要特征,其中急性败血症、脑膜炎、链球菌常呈爆发流行地方流行,具有发病急、死亡率高的特点。规模化生猪养殖产业发展过程中,猪链球菌病呈现高发趋势,带来的经济损失不可估量,对猪群健康造成严重威胁。该文探讨猪链球菌病的诊断与治疗过程。
Streptococcus suis is an acute,febrile,highly contagious zoonosis disease that can affect a wide range of animals and humans in addition to pigs.At present,there are 35 serotypes of streptococcus,of which the pathogenic serotype is streptococcus II,and the prevalence is more widespread.Endocarditis,acute septicemia,arthritis and meningitis are the main clinical features,in which acute septicemia,meningitis and streptococcus are endemic,with the characteristics of acute morbidity and high mortality.In the development of large-scale pig breeding industry,streptococcus suis disease has a high incidence,which brings about immeasurable economic losses and poses a serious threat to the health of pig herds.This paper deals with the diagnosis and treatment of swine streptococcosis.
