摘要
无论是从服务基层实战部门的角度还是从专业建设发展的角度,都需要公安院校在人才培养过程中注重创新能力的培养。很多公安院校对创新能力培养进行了有益的探索,并取得了初步的成效。随着探索的深入,也出现了一些突出问题,论文深入剖析了导致这些问题的原因,并结合笔者的经验体会给出解决问题的对策。
Whether from the perspective of serving the grass-roots combat departments or from the perspective of professional construction and development,public security colleges need to pay attention to the cultivation of innovation ability in the process of personnel training.Many public security colleges have carried on the beneficial exploration to the innovation ability training,and obtained the preliminary result.With the deepening of exploration,there are also some outstanding problems.The paper analyzes the causes of these problems in depth,and gives solutions to the problems by combining with the author’s experience.
