摘要
加强师资队伍建设是新时代提高公安院校核心竞争力的重要举措,是新时代落实人才观的需要,是提升公安院校人才培养质量最直接最有效最重要的途径。根据习近平总书记对公安队伍"对党忠诚、服务人民、执法公正、纪律严明"的总要求,以河南警察学院为例,分析公安院校师资队伍建设存在的问题,结合新时代公安队伍建设的需要,探索新时代公安院校师资队伍建设的路径,有效提升公安院校师资队伍建设水平。
Strengthening the construction of teaching staff is an important measure to improve the core competitiveness of public security colleges in the new era,matching the need to implement the talent concept in the new era,and the most direct,effective and important way to improve the quality of personnel training in public security colleges.Based on President Xi Jinping’s general requirements of the public security team:being loyal,serving the people,being justice,strict discipline,this paper takes Henan Police College as an example,analyzing the problems existing in the public security colleges related with the construction of teachers,combined with the need of public security team construction in new era,to explore the path of realization,and to effectively enhance the construction level of teaching staff in public security colleges.
