摘要
目的:分析优质护理对开放根治性膀胱切除术治疗膀胱癌患者的临床效果。方法:选取某院2018年11月~2020年11月收治的60例需进行开放根治性膀胱切除术治疗膀胱癌患者,采用随机数字法,将所有患者分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组则进行优质护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果:观察组患者的手术情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预在临床上对行开放根治性膀胱切除术治疗膀胱癌患者有显著效果,能够加快患者康复时间,在临床上值得借鉴和推广。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of high quality nursing on open radical cystectomy in the treatment of bladder cancer patients.Methods:60 patients with bladder cancer who needed open radical cystectomy in a hospital from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases).The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given high-quality nursing intervention,then the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The operation of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing intervention has significant effect on patients with bladder cancer treated by open radical cystectomy,which can accelerate the recovery time of patients and reduce the occurrence of complications,which is worthy of reference and promotion in clinical practice.
