摘要
目的:探讨分析ICU护理风险管理对急性呼吸衰竭患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的影响。方法:选取2019年2月~2020年4月某院ICU收治急性呼吸衰竭患者60例,依循奇偶数法分组,分别给予常规护理管理(对照组)、ICU护理风险管理(研究组),对比两组护理管理效果。结果:研究组呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理管理质量评分(专科护理、护理安全、护理舒适、护理满意)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急性呼吸衰竭患者治疗期间实施ICU护理风险管理,可有效降低呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率,可提高护理管理质量评分,值得推广。
Objective:To explore and analyze the impact of ICU nursing risk management on ventilator-associated pneumonia in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome.Methods:From February 2019 to April 2020,60 patients with acute respiratory failure admitted to a hospital were selected and divided into groups according to the odd and even number method,and were given routine nursing management(control group)and ICU nursing risk management(study group)respectively.The nursing management effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in study group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The nursing management quality scores(specialty nursing,nursing safety,nursing comfort,nursing satisfaction)of study group were higher than those of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing ICU nursing risk management in the treatment of patients with acute respiratory failure can effectively reduce the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia and improve the quality of nursing management scores,which is worthy of promotion.
