摘要
目的:探讨尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后行膀胱灌注化疗患者团体心理护理对其SAS、SDS评分的影响。方法:选取2018年5月~2019年6月某院收治的尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后行膀胱灌注化疗患者72例,根据护理方法的不同分为对照组和研究组各36例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施团体心理护理,对两组的SAS、SDS评分以及QOL评分进行比较。结果:研究组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组QOL评分明显低于研究组(P<0.05)。结论:团体心理护理可以明显改善尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后行膀胱灌注化疗患者的不良情绪及生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the influence of group psychological nursing on SAS and SDS scores of patients undergoing bladder perfusion chemotherapy after urethral bladder tumor resection.Methods:From May 2018 to June 2019,72 cases of bladder perfusion chemotherapy patients after urethral bladder tumor resection were selected and divided into control group(n=36)and study group(n=36)according to different postoperative nursing methods.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given group psychological nursing,then the SAS,SDS and QOL scores were compared between the two groups.Results:SAS and SDS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).QOL score in the control group was significantly lower than that in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Group psychological nursing can significantly improve the adverse mood and quality of life of patients undergoing bladder perfusion chemotherapy after urethral bladder tumor resection.
