摘要
目的:探讨分析白内障超声乳化术后干眼患者普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗的有效性。方法:将某院2017年10月~2020年8月收治的97例白内障超声乳化术后干眼患者作为本次研究对象,并按照随机数字法将患者分为研究组与对照组,对照组48例单独应用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,研究组49例联合应用普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗。结果:研究组治疗后的干眼症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的泪膜破裂时间、角膜荧光素染色评分、Schirmer试验优于对照组,具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:白内障超声乳化术后干眼联合应用普拉洛芬滴眼液、玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,患者的干眼症状评分改善显著,值得推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of pranoprofen combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in patients with dry eye after phacoemulsification.Methods:From October 2017 to August 2020,97 cases of patients with dry eye after phacoemulsification were selected as the research object,and divided into research group and control group according to the random number method.48 cases of patients in the control group were given sodium hyaluronate eye drops alone,49 cases of patients in the research group were given combined use of pranoprofen eye drops therapy.Results:The score of dry eye symptom in the research group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The tear film rupture time,corneal fluorescein staining score and Schirmer test after treatment in the research group were better than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:After phacoemulsification,pranoprofen combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops can significantly improve the score of dry eye symptoms in patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
