摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜保守治疗术后联用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂对子宫内膜异位症(EMT)合并不孕症患者临床妊娠的影响。方法:选取在2018年2月~2019年2月期间于某院治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症患者共56例,采用随机数字表法分为研究组(腹腔镜保守治疗术联用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂)和对照组(腹腔镜保守治疗术)各28例,比较两组的临床治疗效果、卵巢功能,追踪随访两组治疗后自然妊娠率以及疾病复发率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后6个月、9个月、12个月的自然妊娠率比较,研究组均高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组12个月内复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜保守治疗术后联用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂对子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症患者可有效提高治疗效果及妊娠率,降低复发率。
Objective:To investigate the effect of laparoscopic conservative treatment combined with gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist on clinical pregnancy in patients with endometriosis(EMT)complicated with infertility.Methods:A total of 56 patients with endometriosis complicated with infertility in a hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into study group(laparoscopic conservative treatment combined with GnRH agonist)and control group(laparoscopic conservative treatment),with 28 cases in each group.The clinical treatment effect,ovarian function,natural pregnancy rate and disease recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The natural pregnancy rates at 6 months,9 months and 12 months after treatment in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate in the study group within 12 months was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic conservative treatment combined with gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist can effectively improve the treatment effect,pregnancy rate and reduce the recurrence rate in patients with endometriosis(EMT)complicated with infertility.
