摘要
信息系统的支撑是开展互联网医疗的必要条件。文章依据国家医疗管理部门对互联网诊疗的管理要求,归纳了信息系统保障互联网医疗活动中的医疗安全与质量、保护信息安全所应具备的功能,介绍了对于国内已经开展互联网医疗的医院进行信息系统功能、安全、应用内容相关调研的情况,重点分析了线上线下病历记录共享、互联网医疗系统建设中信息安全等重点问题。文中也对解决这些问题的方法、技术人员能力培训等内容进行讨论。
The information system support is necessary for the online medical diagnosis.The system functions were listed,according to the regulation delivered by the medical administration.These functions are needed in the online medical diagnosis to ensure the medical safety and quality.The paper also gave a brief of the survey on the hospitals witch launch the online medical diagnosis.The problem of medical record sharing and system security should be noted when building the online medical diagnosis support system.The solution for these problem and the training Contents needed for the hospital information technology professionals were discussed.
