微波辅助提取油莎豆油及其脂肪酸分析 被引量:16

摘要 以油莎豆为原料,正己烷为溶剂,采用微波辅助法提取油莎豆油。以油莎豆油得率为考察指标,选择微波功率、液料比和提取时间为考察因素。在单因素试验基础上,采用回归旋转设计建立数学模型,通过响应面分析,优化试验参数。结果表明:在微波功率609 W、提取时间15 min、液料比10∶1(mL/g)条件下,油莎豆油得率最高,可达23.81%。通过气相色谱-质谱法(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)对油莎豆油脂肪酸组成进行分析,证明其脂肪酸组成以不饱和脂肪酸为主,其中油酸和亚油酸含量分别达到64.717%和12.453%。 The microwave-assisted extraction method was used to extract the oil from Cyperus esculentus L.with n-hexane as solvent and Cyperus esculentus L.as raw material.Using yield of Cyperus esculentus L.oil as the index,microwave power,liquid-to-solid ratio and extraction time were selected as the factors.Based on the single factor experiment,the mathematical model was established by regression rotation design,and the test parameters were optimized by response surface analysis.The results showed that when the microwave power was 609 W,the extraction time was 15 min,and the liquid-to-solid ratio was 10∶1(mL/g),the yield of Cyperus esculentus L.oil was highest(23.81%).And the fatty acid composition of Cyperus esculentus L.oil was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results showed that the fatty acid composition was mainly unsaturated fatty acid,and the content of oleic acid and linoleic acid reached 64.717%and 12.453%,respectively.
