摘要
为适应民爆市场需求,有效落实行业政策,将公司原工业电雷管装配生产线和导爆管雷管装配生产线进行技术改造,完成数码电子雷管装配生产线建设。通过技术改造,实现了人机隔离、自动化、连续化、自动安全联锁、故障报警、可靠防止工序间殉爆以及在线电子芯片检测、三码合一技术等数码电子雷管自动化装配生产,有效减小了在线人员和生产投入,提高了数码电子雷管装配生产的效率和本质安全水平,具有良好的推广应用前景。
In order to meet the needs of the civil explosive market and effectively implement the industry policy,the company's original industrial electrical detonator assembly line and detonating tube detonator assembly line are technically reformed to complete the construction of digital electronic detonator assembly line.Through technical transformation,the automatic assembly and production of digital electronic detonators are realized.The digital electronic detonator assembly line has lots of functions,such as man-machine isolation,automation,continuity,automatic safety interlock,fault alarm,reliable prevention of martyrdom among processes,online electronic chip detection,and three-code integration.It effectively reduces online personnel and production investment,and meanwhile improves the efficiency and intrinsic safety level of assembly and production of digital electronic detonators.Besides it has a good application prospect.
