摘要 为解决目前高校英语教学效果不佳的问题,以层次分析法为基础,结合变权综合评估,研究高校英语教学效果评价。将学生作为评价主体构建教学效果评价指标体系,其内容主要包括教学态度、教学水平和教学方法三个方面;指标体系构建完成后比较一级指标和二级指标的因素,以此作为依据构建判断矩阵,计算矩阵权重并实行一致性检验;确定符合一致性检测结果后使用变权综合评估调整评价指标的权重值,同时获得各个指标的评分,计算得出英语教学效果总体得分,通过分数高低评价教学效果的优劣。经试验分析,该方法能够准确评价教师英语教学效果,教师依据评价结果改善教学内容与教学方法,提高教学水平,解决教学效果不佳的问题。 In order to solve the problem of poor English teaching in universities,by using AHP as the foundation and combining with the comprehensive evaluation of variable weights,the paper studies the evaluation of English teaching effect in universities.A teaching effect evaluation index system is constructed by taking students as the evaluation subject,the system mainly includes teaching attitude,teaching level and teaching method.After the completion of the index system construction,the factors of the first-level index and second-level index are compared,the judgment matrix is built accordingly,and the weight matrix is calculated and the consistency test is carried out.After the consistency test result is confirmed,weight values of the evaluation index are adjusted by variable weight comprehensive evaluation,and the scores of each index are obtained simultaneously.The overall score of English teaching effect is calculated to evaluate the teaching effect.Experiments show that this method can accurately evaluate the English teaching effect,and the teacher can improve the teaching content and method according to the evaluation results,so as to improve the teaching level and solve the problem of poor teaching effect.
