摘要
目的:探讨团体心理治疗对首发精神分裂症患者的干预效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2020年3月本院确诊的首发精神分裂症患者40例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组采取常规药物阿立哌唑治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予1个疗程(4个月)的团体心理治疗。1个疗程后,比较两组阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、社会功能评定量表(SSPI)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、WHOQOL-BREF、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)与抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分。结果:治疗后,观察组SSPI评分高于治疗前与对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组SDSS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组WHOQOL-BREF总分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组PANSS总分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组SAS与SDS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:团体心理治疗可提高首发精神分裂症患者的社会适应能力,改善临床症状,提升生活质量,值得在临床中推广使用。
Objective:To investigate the intervention effect of group psychotherapy in patients with first-episode schizophrenia.Method:A total of 40 first-episode schizophrenia patients diagnosed in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Aripiprazole,and the observation group was given 1 course of group psychotherapy(4 months)on the basis of the control group.After 1 course of treatment,the positive and negative symptom scales(PANSS),scale of social function in psychosis inpatients(SSPI),social disability screening schedule(SDSS),WHOQOL-BREF,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,SSPI score in the observation group was higher than those before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SDSS scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total score of WHOQOL-BREF in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total scores of PANSS in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SAS and SDS scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Group psychotherapy can improve the social adaptability of patients with first-episode schizophrenia,improve the clinical symptoms,and enhance the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
