糖尿病肾病患者血液透析中低血糖管理的持续质量改进分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:评价实施血液透析治疗的糖尿病肾病患者低血糖管理中实施持续质量改进的价值。方法:评价对象选择2019年1月-2020年1月在本院就诊的80例糖尿病肾病患者,所有患者均接受血液透析治疗,因低血糖管理方法差异性予以分组,40例予以持续质量改进管理的患者归纳入观察组,40例予以常规管理的患者归纳入对照组,比较两组管理效果。结果:与血液透析前相比,血液透析治疗后两组血糖水平均降低,但是观察组血糖水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较对照组,观察组低血糖发生率显著低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施血液透析治疗的糖尿病肾病患者低血糖管理中实施持续质量改进管理可获得满意的效果,可预防低血糖,建议推广。 Objective:To analyze the effect of continuous quality improvement of hypoglycemia management in patients with diabetic nephropathy during hemodialysis.Method:A total of 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy undergoing hemodialysis in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected.Patients completed hemodialysis treatment.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40).The observation group carried out continuous quality improvement measures for hypoglycemia management.The control group carried out usual care.Blood glucose levels and hypoglycemia were observed before and after hemodialysis in both groups.Result:There was significant difference in the level of blood glucose between the two groups before and after hemodialysis(P<0.05),after hemodialysis,the level of blood glucose in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of hypoglycemia management based on continuous quality improvement in hemodialysis treatment of diabetic nephropathy is obvious,which can reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia during hemodialysis.This method should be widely promoted.
