摘要
目的:探讨规范化护理应用在声带息肉患者中对促进术后恢复效果及护理质量的改善作用。方法:择选84例2018年6月-2020年6月于本院行手术治疗声带息肉患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组42例,对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组予以规范化护理干预,评价两组声带恢复效果,评价护理质量。结果:护理后,观察组基频微扰、振幅微扰、噪谐比明显降低,且显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理质量认可率为95.24%,对照组为78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对声带息肉切除术患者实施规范化护理干预可促进术后声带良好恢复,提高嗓音能量,而且患者对护理质量评价高,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of standardized nursing application in vocal cord polyp patients in promoting postoperative recovery and improving nursing quality.Method:A total of 84 patients with vocal cord polyps who underwent surgery in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each with 42 cases.The control group received routine nursing intervention and the observation group received standardized nursing care intervention,the recovery effect of vocal cords in the two groups,and the quality of care were evaluated.Result:After nursing,the fundamental frequency perturbation,amplitude perturbation,and noise-to-harmonic ratio of the observation group were significantly reduced,and they were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The recognition rate of nursing quality in the observation group was 95.24%,and that of the control group was 78.57%,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nursing intervention for patients undergoing vocal cord polypectomy can promote a good recovery of the vocal cords after surgery,improve voice energy,and patients have a high evaluation of the quality of care,which is worth promoting.
