摘要
针对当前部分高校产品设计专业研究生人才培养中有存在脱离社会实践、课程考核方式不能适应培养目标等问题,期望通过自身教学研究经验能够为今后的教学模式创新提供借鉴。运用定性研究法、个案与综合分析法,提出以OBE教学理念为指导,重点对产品设计研究生"以赛促学"课堂引入模式,OBE理念在实践教学中的运用具体步骤措施进行了分析。在OBE理念指导下,赛教结合,可增强产品设计研究生自主学习的积极性,明确学习目标,并加强职业指导,提升研究生职业素养与就业竞争力,从而促进培养目标的实现。
In some colleges,there are several problems facing postgraduate talent cultivation in product design.They are separation from social practice,incompatibility of course examination,and the cultivation target.Based on the author’s personal teaching experience,we hope to provide a certain reference for the innovation of future teaching models.Adopting qualitative research method and case comprehensive analysis method,the paper proposes to introduce"Competition to Promote Learning"to the teaching,especially for postgraduates majoring in product design,taking OBE teaching concept as guidance.Also,it analyzes the specific measures of the OBE concept in practical teaching.Under the guidance of the OBE concept,we can integrate competition with teaching to strengthen the activeness of the postgraduates,so that they can set up learning targets for themselves.It will help enhance professional guidance and improve their occupational quality and employment competitiveness,which will lead to the realization of the cultivation target.
