硅溶胶基水性双组分无机涂料稳定性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以水为溶剂与颜填料、碱性硅溶胶(LS-30)及助剂制得A组分(即色浆),以甲基三甲氧基硅烷和自制pH调节剂(EE)为B组分,获得了一种水性双组分无机涂料。考察了增稠剂250HBR、分散剂SN-5040、pH调节剂AMP-95和EE的用量以及熟化时间对A组分或涂料稳定性的影响。结果表明,当SN-5040占颜填料质量的0.20%,AMP-95占A组分质量的0.30%-0.50%时,A组分的稳定性最好。EE占B组分质量的1.50%时,混合所得涂料的状态最好。熟化24-120 h为涂料的最佳使用时间。 A two-component waterborne inorganic paint was prepared.The component A(i.e.color paste)is composed of pigments,alkaline silica sol(LS-30),and additives with water as solvent,and the component B comprises methyltrimethoxysilane and a home-made pH regulator(coded as EE).The effects of the contents of thickener 250 HBR,dispersant SN-5040,pH regulators AMP-95 and EE,as well as induction time on stability of the component A or the paint were studied.The results showed that the component A containing SN-50400.20%(with respect to the mass of pigment and filler)and AMP-950.30%-0.50%(with respect to the mass of component A)had the best stability.When the component contained 1.50 wt.%of EE,the state of the mixture of component A and B is the best.The optimal induction time for the paint is 24-120 hours.
