摘要
目的对比普罗帕酮与胺碘酮在心律失常治疗中的临床应用效果。方法96例心律失常患者,根据抽签法随机分为参照组和观察组,每组48例。参照组的治疗药物选用普罗帕酮,观察组的治疗药物选用胺碘酮。对比两组治疗效果、心率变异性(HRV)参数变化情况、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率91.67%高于参照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组24 h RR间期标准差(SDNN)、相邻窦性RR间期差值的均方根(rMSSD)均长于治疗前,且观察组的SDNN(110.72±13.37)ms、rMSSD(95.37±10.25)ms均长于参照组的(98.46±11.29)、(84.29±9.17)ms,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为14.58%,参照组不良反应发生率为12.50%,两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在心律失常患者的治疗中,胺碘酮的疗效要更优于普罗帕酮,能更好的改善患者心率变异性,且耐受性较好。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of propafenone and amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmia.Methods A total of 96 patients with arrhythmia were divided into reference group and observation group according to lottery method,with 48 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with propafenone,and the observation group was treated with amiodarone.The therapeutic effect,heart rate variability(HRV)parameter changes,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 91.67%of the observation group was higher than 75.00%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the standard diviation of NN intervals(SDNN)and root mean square of successive difference(rMSSD)of the two groups were longer than those before treatment;the above indicators of observation group were(110.72±13.37)and(95.37±10.25)ms,which were longer than(98.46±11.29)and(84.29±9.17)ms of the reference group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 14.58%,which was 12.50%of the reference group.There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone shows better efficacy than propafenone in the treatment of arrhythmia patients,which can better improve the patient’s heart rate variability and is well tolerated.
