故障诊断技术在现代矿山机电设备维护中的应用分析 被引量:4

摘要 近几年在社会各界越发需要矿石资源的趋势下,大部分矿山都在持续提升机电设备自动化水平。但在机电设备自动化水平逐渐增长的情况下,设备维修与养护开展难度也在不断增加,这时就需要灵活应用故障诊断技术,否则就无法确保机电设备安全运转。基于此,本文先表明故障诊断技术的综合概述,继而分析现代故障机电设备的常见故障与形成原因,最后提出故障诊断技术在现代矿山机电设备维护中的实际应用与应用事项。 In the sustainable development of modern mine electromechanical equipment is a key part in Operation Speed can decide mining efficiency,quality of work can determine levels of mining,steady running you can determine the mining safety and,therefore,modern mining has been in the development of further strengthening electromechanical equipment level of automation.However,mechanical and electrical equipment are easily formed under the influence of faults in a variety of factors,resulting in a mining level of efficiency,and security cannot be guaranteed,and will be the application of fault diagnosis technology for the comprehensive maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment,ensure that the electrical and mechanical equipment in modern mining work,and lay a solid foundation for mining income.
