摘要
矩形通道作为一种紧凑型换热流道结构,在热工水力性能上具有较大优越性,因此该流道结构可用于核反应堆堆芯。目前,对于矩形通道流动换热研究,仍以双面对称均匀加热工况为主,而单面非对称加热由于较难开展实验,相关流动换热研究则较少。因此,本文基于数值分析,采用相关实验数据进行校核验证,分析了单双面加热形式下矩形通道中的温度、速度和汽液相分布,对比了单双面加热形式壁面温度和空泡份额分布的影响,为新型紧凑型反应堆流道结构设计提供了重要参考依据。
The rectangular channel is an optimizing selection as core flow channel structure for integrated pressurized water reactor on account of its compact structure.The present work conducted the numerical analysis focus on the flow and heat transfer characteristics in the rectangular channel with two kinds of heating methods,namely are one-side and double-side heating.The comparison of influence of the two kinds of heat modes on flow friction and convective heat transfer performance in rectangular channel was performed.Based on the numerical simulation results,the analysis of temperature,flow velocity and phase distribution in rectangular channel by two kinds of heating methods were implemented.
