摘要
恶液质(cachexia)是一个全球范围的严重疾病,发病率逐年递增,常伴发于多种慢性疾病。其中,肿瘤恶液质(cancer ca⁃chexia)发病率最高,是各种晚期恶性肿瘤的常见并发症,进展期恶性肿瘤约60%~80%可出现恶液质,约20%肿瘤患者死于恶液质。因此,肿瘤恶液质的准确临床诊断和制定有效干预措施对于晚期恶性肿瘤患者的长期生存具有重要意义。基于此,中国抗癌协会肿瘤营养专业委员会依据肿瘤恶液质筛查、诊断、评估、治疗等方面研究证据和临床经验进行分析、讨论和总结,制订了《肿瘤恶液质临床诊断与治疗指南(2020版)》,以供临床医师参考。
Cachexia is a serious disease worldwide,with an increasing incidence year by year,often accompanied by a variety of chronic diseases.Among them,cancer cachexia has the highest incidence and is a common complication of various advanced cancer patients.About 60%-80%of advanced cancer patients may present with cachexia,and about 20%of patients with cancer die with cachexia.Therefore,the accurate clinical diagnosis of cancer cachexia and the development of effective interventions are of great importance for the long-term survival of patients with cancer.Based on the analysis,discussion and summary of relevant study evidence and clinical experience in screening,diagnosis,evaluation and treatment of cancer cachexia,the Chinese Society for Nutritional Oncology formulated the Guidelines for Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Cancer Cachexia(2020 Version)for clinicians'reference.
