摘要
目的研究脑卒中照顾者的照护需求、应对方式及生活质量,构建脑卒中照顾者积极应对模型,为制定照顾者生活质量干预策略提供参考。方法选取在2017年1至10月入住本院的92例脑卒中的家庭照顾者,其中男72例,女20例;年龄(58.0±6.0)岁;脑卒中患者患病时间为(2.0±0.5)年。采用调查人口学特征与护理情况的一般情况问卷和支持性照护需求量表-配偶照护者(Supportive Scale,CRA)、生活质量评价表(short form 36 questionnaire),4个表格比较脑卒中照顾者的信息需求、应对方式及生活质量相关性。结果经比较,脑卒中照顾者的SCN S-P&C-44总得分为(25.47±0.05)分,高于得分为(20.59±0.05)分的全国常模,说明照顾者的支持性照护需求较高;CRA总得分为(16.50±0.05)分,高于总得分为(14.18±0.05)分的全国常模,说明照顾者的生活压力较大;SF-36得分为(6.62±0.05),低于总得分为(10.28±0.05)分的全国常模,说明照顾者的生活质量较低。结论脑卒中照顾者的照护需求较高的同时生活压力大、生活质量较低。
Objective To study the care demand,coping style,and quality of life of stroke caregivers,to construct an active coping mode for stroke caregivers,and to provide references for the development of intervention strategies for the caregivers'quality of life.Methods The caregivers of 92(58.0±6.0)years old stroke patients with a disease course of(2.0±0.5)years,including 72 males and 20 females,treated at our hospital from January to October,2017 were selected.The general questionnaires and Supportive Care Demand Form(SCN S-P&C-44),Caregiver Response Assessment Scale(CRA),and short form 36 questionnaire(SF-36)were used to investigated their information need,coping styles,and life quality.The information needs,coping styles and quality of life of stroke caregivers were compared.Results The score of SCN S-P&C-44 of the caregivers was higher than that of national norm[(25.47±0.05)vs.(20.59±0.05)],indicating that their demand for supportive care was high.The CRA score of the caregivers was higher than that of the national norm[(16.50±0.05)vs.(14.18±0.05)],indicating that they had high living pressure.The score of SF-36 of the caregivers was higher than that of the national norm[(6.62±0.05)vs.(10.28±0.05)],indicating that their quality of life was low.Conclusion Stroke caregivers have high care needs and living pressure and low quality of life.
