摘要
种业是国家战略性、基础性的核心产业。提升种业科技创新能力,对我国现代种业发展和粮食安全具有重要意义。本文通过调研天津农业种业发展成就,分析天津农业种业发展面临的形势,找出天津农业种业发展中存在的问题,即:种子行业总体实力不高、种业管理体系有待完善、行业技术人才严重短缺、企业创新能力不足、种质资源共享利用程度低等。根据问题导向,提出了加快天津新时代农业种业发展的意见建议,以期为推动天津农业种业持续健康发展,打造现代都市型农业升级版提供决策参考。
Seed industry is a national strategic and basic core industry.The improvement of science and technology innovation ability of seed industry is of great significance to the development of modern seed industry and food security in China.In this paper,through the analysis of the status and situation of the development of agricultural seed industry in Tianjin,we found that there were still some problems to be solved,such as the strength of the industry was still low,the seed management system needed to be improved,the shortage of seed industry technical personnel was very severe,the innovation ability of enterprises was weak and the utilization and sharing of germplasm resources was low.On this foundation,based on the domestic and international situation,several suggestions to accelerate the development of the new age of agricultural seed industry in Tianjin were put forward,so as to provide some reference for improving the development of agricultural seed industry in this region.
