摘要
文章综述了国内外住院患儿非计划性拔管的研究现状,从患儿、医护人员、导管等方面分析了住院患儿非计划性拔管危险因素,并提出相应的安全管理策略,以有效降低非计划性拔管发生率,为预防住院患儿非计划性拔管安全管理实践提供理论基础与科学依据,保障患儿置管安全。
The article reviewed the research status of unplanned extubation in hospitalized children at home and abroad,and comprehensively analyzed the unplanned extubation risk factors and safety management strategies of hospitalized children in regarding to children,medical staff,catheters,etc.,in order to effectively reduce the incidence of unplanned extubation.So as to provide a theoretical basis and scientific basis for safety management practices of preventing unplanned extubation in hospitalized children and ensure hospitalized children safety.
