摘要
文章以浙江立镖机器人公司通过技术创新战略的选择与实施实现创业发展的历程为研究对象,通过梳理和归纳企业初创期、探索期、突变期、拓展期的关键事件,探究企业不同成长阶段创业者学习模式与战略思维对企业创新行为的影响机理。研究发现:创业者学习模式决定企业创新行为的知识与能力基础,解决企业创新行为“会不会”的问题;创业者战略思维影响企业创新行为的方向与路径,解决企业创新行为“会在哪”的问题;创业者学习模式与战略思维的交互作用,通过影响企业创新行为决定企业绩效。
This paper takes Zhejiang LiBiao robot Co.Ltd’s entrepreneurial development process through the selection and implementation of technological innovation strategy as the research object. By generalizing and summarizing the key events in its beginning period, exploration period, mutation period and expansion period, this paper explores the influencing mechanism of the entrepreneurial learning ability and their strategic thinking on enterprise innovative behavior in their different growth stages. The results show that the learning ability of entrepreneurs is the foundation of its knowledge and ability of enterprise innovative behavior, which can solve the problem of "whether" there is the enterprise innovative behavior;the entrepreneurial strategic thinking affects the direction and path of enterprise innovative behavior, which can solve the problem of "where" there is the enterprise innovative behavior;and the interaction between the entrepreneurial learning ability and the strategic thinking determines the enterprise performance through influencing the enterprise innovative behavior.
