换热器壳体用不锈钢焊接裂纹预防措施

摘要 不锈钢是一种特殊材料,耐热耐腐蚀,同时具有易清洁可回收等特点,广泛活跃于航空、交通、电力、环保等多个领域,成为了很多器材物件制造中不可缺少的基础材料。而在不锈钢产品制造过程中,焊接加工工艺具有重要地位。文章针对换热器壳体用不锈钢焊接时产生的裂纹问题展开讨论,主要研究其成因,并且探讨了预防措施。 Stainless steel is a kind of special material,which is heat-resistant,corrosion-resistant,easy to clean,recyclable and so on.It is widely active in aviation,transportation,electric power,environmental protection and other f ields,and has become an indispensable basic material in many equipment manufacturing.In the manufacturing process of stainless steel products,welding process plays an important role.This paper discusses the crack problem of stainless steel used in heat exchanger shell welding,mainly studies its causes,and discusses how to prevent this problem.
