摘要
目的引入作为方法论的耗散结构理论对灾难医学人才培养进行探讨.方法通过理论创新与比较借鉴的研究方式,分析耗散结构形成条件对灾难医学人才培养的影响.结果若按照耗散结构理论所揭示的开放性、远离平衡态、各要素间非线性运动和系统内部存在涨落原理去看待、实施灾难医学学科建设,进行灾难医学各个层次教育,会作用于灾难救援的效果.结论利用耗散结构理论视角,可为灾难医学人才培养模式构建与创新提供了理论依据和启示.
Objective To introduce the dissipative structure theory as a methodology to discuss the training of disaster medicine talents.Methods Through theoretical innovation and comparative research methods,the influence of the formation conditions of the dissipative structure on the training of disaster medicine talents is analyzed.Results According to the principles of openness,far from equilibrium,nonlinear movement among elements,and fluctuations in the system revealed by the theory of dissipative structure,the discipline construction of disaster medicine and the education of disaster medicine at all levels will be used for disaster relief effect.Conclusion Using the perspective of dissipative structure theory,it provides theoretical basis and enlightenment for the construction and innovation of disaster medical personnel training mode.
