摘要
目的探讨PBL教学法在分娩室护理实习中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月—2019年6月来中国医科大学附属盛京医院第一分娩室的护理实习生60名,根据学号奇偶数的不同将学号为奇数的护理实习生作为实验组,学号为偶数的护理实习生作为对照组。实验组和对照组,每组30名。实验组采用以问题为基础的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。比较2组学生的笔试、技能操作成绩并对教学方法满意度进行问卷调查。结果实验组笔试成绩、技能操作成绩及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。实验组学生沟通能力、自主学习兴趣及临床思维能力满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理实习生中PBL教学模式教学效果优于传统教学模式的教学效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of PBL(problem-based learning)teaching method in clinical practice of nursing staff in delivery room.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,60 internship students from our first delivery room were selected.According to the difference of the odd number of student numbers,the nursing interns with odd number of student numbers were taken as the experimental group,and those with even number of student numbers were taken as the control group.The experimental group and the control group had 30 internship students respectively.After the clinical practice,the students in the experimental group and the control group were analyzed for their theoretical results,skill operation results,and questionnaire surveys on teaching method satisfaction.Results The theoretical score and skill operation score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of the students in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.Among them,the communication ability,interest in autonomous learning,and clinical thinking ability were significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching effect of PBL teaching mode in clinical nursing students’practice is better than that of traditional teaching mode.
