摘要
建立消渴降糖丸中盐酸小檗碱含量测定的方法。采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为CAPCELL PAK MGⅡC 18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.033 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液(35:65),检测波长为345 nm,柱温为35℃,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),进样量为10μL。盐酸小檗碱浓度在0.008136~0.1017 mg·mL^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1.0000),平均回收率为99.19%,RSD为1.3%。通过研究建立的HPLC方法专属性强,准确可靠,可用于消渴降糖丸中盐酸小檗碱的定量分析与质量控制。
A method for determining the content of berberine hydrochloride in Xiaoke Jiangtang Pills was established.HPLC method was adopted with a CAPCELL PAK MGⅡC 18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.033 mol·L^(-1) of potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(35:65),and the detection wavelength was at 345 nm.The column temperature was set at 35℃.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1) and the injection volume was 10μL.The berberine hydrochloride showed good linear relation 0.008136~0.1017μg·mL^(-1)(r=1.0000).The average recoveries was 99.19%(RSD=1.3%).Through the research,HPLC method was established.HPLC method is specific,accurate and reliable,and can be used for quantitative analysis and quality control of berberine hydrochloride in Xiaoke Jiangtang Pills.
