摘要
通过对彝医外治法在挖掘整理、临床研究、医技医术传承等方面的系统回顾,发现彝医外治法存在系统性研究不足、挖掘整理的深度和广度不够、理论指导作用不突出、未进行分类、主治适应证范围不明确、临床研究缺乏文献研究基础等问题,严重制约了彝医适宜技术的筛选和推广。亟待运用文献研究法和田野调查法互参式研究对彝医外治法进行全面、系统的整理。
Based on Yi medical treatment in packing up,clinical research and medical skill inheritance of systematic review,found that external treatment of Yi medicine systemic research deficiencies,digging depth and breadth of not enough,theoretical guidance role is not prominent,classify,indications,attending scope is not clear,lack of clinical research literature research foundation,severely restricted the external treatment of Yi medicine screening of appropriate technologies and promotion.It is urgent to use the literature research method and the field investigation method to carry on the comprehensive and systematic arrangement of the external treatment of Yi medicine.
