摘要
张虹教授在长期临床实践中以"通督调神针法"和"盘龙针法"为基础改进凝练形成了独具特色的通督调神盘龙针法。该法强调以大椎起穴,依托华佗夹脊穴,配合循按辅助操作,使得阳气沿督脉不断蓄积,最终达到振奋督脉阳气,兼调膀胱经经气的目的。文章进一步总结凝练其临床经验,结合广泛文献学习,论证并形成出通督调神盘龙针法的临床标准操作及理论体系,规范了通督调神盘龙针法的临床操作并辅以相关解释,补充了传统"通督调神"针法体系,扩大了"通督调神"理论的使用范围,为临床治疗疑难杂症提供新思路。
In her long-term clinical practice,professor ZHANG Hong improved and condensed the unique Tongdu Tiaoshen Panlong acupuncture method,which based on‘Tongdu Tiaoshen method’and‘Panlong needle method’.This method emphasizes the starting point of DU14,relying on EX-B2 point,and combining with the auxiliary operation,so that the yang qi accumulates along the du meridian,and finally the purpose of invigorating the yang qi of the du meridian and regulating the bladder meridian qi is achieved.This paper further summarizes her clinical experience,demonstrates and forms the standard operation procedure and theoretical system of Tongdu Tiaoshen Panlong acupuncture method in combination with extensive literature study.The Tongdu Tiaoshen Panlong acupuncture method standardizes the clinical operation with relevant explanations,complements the traditional‘Tongdu Tiaoshen’acupuncture system,expands the application scope of the theory of‘Tongdu Tiaoshen’,and provides a new idea for clinical treatment of difficult and complicated diseases.
