摘要
王冰是唐代颇有成就的医学家,其汇编的《素问》是现存最早的全注本,文章对王冰的五运六气、养生思想、中医理论研究观点进行分析。在五运六气上,阐述五运六气对气候万物、人体健康及药物的影响;在养生思想上,王冰认为养生需顺应天时,形、神、阳气对人体十分重要及可通过五运六气调养生息;在中医理论研究上,王冰提出龙火与人火的区别及对情志病的见解与分析。王冰潜心医学,态度严谨,在承袭前辈观点上自有创新,对后世多有启发。
WANG Bing is an accomplished medical scientist in the Tang dynasty.The Suwen is the earliest fully annotated edition in existence.Based on WANG Bing’s point of view on the study of the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,the thought of health preservation and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper expounds the effects of the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors on the climate,human health and drugs.In the thought of health preservation,WANG Bing believed that health preservation need to adapt to the weather,the importance of form,spirit and yang to the human body and the sound can be recuperated through five evolutive phases and six climatic factors.In the theoretical research of traditional Chinese medicine,WANG Bing puts forward the difference between dragon fire and human fire and his views and analysis on emotional diseases;WANG Bing was devoted to medicine and has a rigorous attitude,and had his own innovation in inheriting the views of his predecessors,which is enlightening to later generations.
