摘要
恶性肿瘤是严重威胁人类生命的疾病,动物药是中药抗肿瘤复方中的常用药物。目前对于动物类中药的抗肿瘤作用研究已取得初步成果,但还存在着一些缺陷,诸如有效成分不明确,作用机制模糊,多靶点多层次的抗肿瘤作用机制研究难度大,毒性损伤难以预估,研究手段较为单一等。因此,理想的研究手段需参考生物药的基础研究,运用多组学方法整合分析策略,构建基于动物药肽库的高通量药物筛选模型,并建立一套完整的分析体系对动物类中药进行科学评价。本文述评近年来动物类中药的抗癌作用机制及其研究方法的相关进展,对已有研究内容进行总结,有助于拓展动物类中药抗癌研究的新方法与新思路。
Malignant tumor is a disease which threats human life seriously.In traditional Chinese medicine compound,animal drugs are commonly used in treating tumor.Preliminary results have been achieved in researching in antitumor effect of animal traditional Chinese medicine,but defects remain such as:The effective ingredients are unclear;The mechanism of action is vague;It is difficult to study the antitumor effect of multi-target on a multi-level;Toxic damage is unpredictable;The research method is single.In that way,we should use the methods of histology combining with the integrated analysis strategy to build a high-throughput drug screening model based on animal drug peptide library and establish a sound evaluation system for scientific evaluation of animal traditional Chinese medicine referring to the research methods of Biopharmaceutics.Here,we reviews the recent advances in anti-cancer mechanism and research methods of animal traditional Chinese medicine,and summarizes the existing research contents,which will help us to make new ideas for the study of anti-cancer mechanism of animal traditional Chinese medicine.
