摘要
1例59岁男性患者,肾移植术后8年,主因“发现颈部肿块2个月余”入院。入院后诊断为弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤。临床药师参与免疫抑制剂的调整、抗肿瘤药物治疗方案的制定等,并给予患者全程药学监护。患者化疗4周期后病情评估达到完全缓解,肾功能正常。
A 59-year-old male patient who underwent kidney transplantation 8 years ago was admitted to the hospital because of neck mass for more than 2 months.After admission,he was diagnosed as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.Clinical pharmacist assisted to adjust dose of immunosuppressive drugs,make the regimen of chemotherapy,and gave him the full-course pharmaceutical care.After 4 cycles of chemotherapy,the patient achieved complete remission and his renal function was normal.
