摘要
为实现黄瓜优质高效生产,以‘中农16号’黄瓜为试材,设置清水(CK)、100μmol·L^(-1) EDTA-Fe(Fe)、200μmol·L^(-1) ZnSO4·7H2O(Zn)、100μmol·L^(-1) EDTA-Fe+200μmol·L^(-1) ZnSO4·7H2O(Fe+Zn)共4个处理,研究叶面喷施铁锌肥对黄瓜植株生长状态、叶片光合特性、果实品质和植株元素积累的影响。结果发现,与CK相比,Fe和Zn处理均显著增加黄瓜果实总氨基酸、必需氨基酸、半必需氨基酸和非必需氨基酸含量,同时,Fe处理显著增加黄瓜叶片中Fe和果实可溶性蛋白质含量,Zn处理显著增加叶片可溶性蛋白质和果实K和Mg含量,而Fe+Zn处理显著增加叶片Pn、叶片色素、可溶性蛋白质、Fe和Zn含量,并显著提高果实单果质量、游离氨基酸如丝氨酸(Ser)、异亮氨酸(Ile)、亮氨酸(Leu)和精氨酸(Arg)含量,并显著降低果实硝酸盐含量。隶属函数分析结果表明Fe+Zn处理的黄瓜植株生长发育的综合评价值最高。综上所述,叶面同时喷施铁肥和锌肥促进黄瓜叶片Fe和Zn元素积累,提升叶片光合特性和果实品质。
In order to realize high quality and high efficiency production in cucumber,the cucumber variety‘Zhongnong No.16’was used as a material,the four treatments,including water(CK),100μmol·L^(-1) EDTA-Fe(Fe),200μmol·L^(-1) ZnSO4·7H2O(Zn),100μmol·L^(-1) EDTA-Fe and 200μmol·L^(-1) ZnSO4·7H2O(Fe+Zn),were conducted to investigate the effects of foliar application of Fe and Zn fertilizers on plant growth,leaf photosynthetic characteristics,fruit quality and nutrient accumulation in cucumber plants.The results showed that compared with CK,both Fe and Zn treatments significantly increased total amino acid,essential amino acid,semi-essential amino acid and non-essential amino acid contents in cucumber fruits,meanwhile,Fe treatment increased Fe content in the leaves and soluble protein content in the fruits,Zn treatment increased soluble protein content in the leaves and K and Mg contents in the fruits,while Fe+Zn treatment significantly increased Pn,pigments,soluble protein,Fe and Zn contents in the leaves,significantly enhanced fruit mass,free amino acids,such as Ser,Ile,Leu and Arg contents and significantly reduced nitrate content in the fruits.The membership function analysis indicated that comprehensive evaluation value of cucumber growth and development was highest under Fe+Zn treatment among all treatments.In conclusion,simultaneous foliar application of both Fe and Zn fertilizers are beneficial to Fe and Zn accumulation in the leaves,leaf photosynthetic characteristics and fruit quality in cucumber plants.
