摘要
目的探讨128层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)对肺动脉栓塞(PE)的诊断价值。方法抽取2019年3月至2020年9月长治医学院附属和济医院收治的疑似肺动脉栓塞患者84例,均行128层MSCTA、CT肺动脉造影(CTPA)及MRI检查。以CTPA结果为"金标准",回顾性对照分析128层MSCTA对肺动脉栓塞的诊断效能。结果84例疑似肺动脉栓塞患者CTPA结果示,肺动脉栓塞阳性64例,阴性20例。128层MSCTA诊断肺动脉栓塞的准确度为95.24%(80/84),灵敏度为96.88%(62/64),阴性预测值为90.00%(18/20),高于MRI相应值(P<0.05)。结论128层MSCTA诊断肺动脉栓塞的准确度、灵敏度、阴性预测值较高。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of 128 slice spiral CT angiography(MSCTA)for pulmonary embolism(PE).Methods A total of 84 patients with suspected pulmonary embolism admitted to Heji Hospital Affiliated to Changzhi Medical College from March 2019 to September 2020 were selected.All of them underwent 128 slice MSCTA,computed tomography pulmonary angiography(CTPA)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).CTPA results were taken as the"gold standard",the diagnostic efficacy of 128-layer MSCTA for pulmonary embolism was analyzed by retrospective and comparative analysis.Results The CTPA results of 84 patients with suspected pulmonary embolism showed that 64 were positive for pulmonary embolism and 20 were negative.The accuracy of 128 layer MSCTA in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism was 95.24%(80/84),the sensitivity was 96.88%(62/64),and the negative predictive value was 90.00%(18/20),which were higher than those of MRI(P<0.05).Conclusions The 128 layer MSCTA has high accuracy,sensitivity and negative predictive value in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism.
