摘要
目的分析在胃食管反流病诊断中应用彩色多普勒胃肠超声造影的诊断价值。方法纳入本单位2018年1月至2019年12月胃食管反流病确诊患者50例作研究样本,纳入试验组;并纳同期于本单位接受健康体检,且评估为健康的健康者50名入对照组。2组均由同一医疗团队执行彩色多普勒胃肠超声造影检查,比较2组胃食管反流时间与次数差异。结果试验组5 min内反流时间与次数均高于对照组,生理性反流率(10%)低于对照组(100%),病理性反流率(90%)高于对照组(0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒胃肠超声造影操作便捷,能够有效检出反流类型,可用于胃食管反流疾病的诊断与筛查工作中。
Objective To analyze the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,50 confirmed patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease were included in the study sample and included in the experimental group,meanwhile,50 healthy people who received physical examination and were assessed as healthy were included in the control group.Both groups were performed by the same medical team,the time and frequency of gastroesophageal reflux were compared between the two groups.Results The time and times of reflux in 5 minutes in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,physiological reflux rate(10%)was lower than that in the control group(100%),pathological reflux rate(90%)was higher than that in the control group(0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CDFI is easy to operate and can detect the type of reflux effectively.It can be used in the diagnosis and screening of gastroesophageal reflux disease.
