摘要
聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)由于具有优异的力学性能、热稳定性和化学性能而被广泛应用于膜分离技术中,但是,其表面的极强疏水性使其在应用过程中易受到微生物和蛋白类物质的污染,并缩短其使用寿命,因此,对PVDF膜进行改性具有重要的意义。目前,对PVDF膜改性研究主要集中在亲水改性和抗菌改性2方面,通过对膜的亲水性能进行改性能提高其抗粘附性能,对膜的抗菌性能进行改性能够有效地抑制膜表面细菌的吸附,减少细菌繁殖。简化制备工艺和提高抗菌活性是提高PVDF抗污染性的研究趋势。利用共混改性操作简便的优势,在基膜制备过程中引入具有较好反应活性的基团,再将其与具有亲水性和较强抗菌活性的基体进行接枝反应,可以得到适合规模化生产的PVDF抗污染膜。
Polyvinylidene Fluoride(PVDF)membrane with excellent mechanical and chemical properties was widely used in membrane separation technology.Because of high hydrophobicity of the surface,PVDF membrane was easily polluted in the water treatment process and the recovery rate was low.At present,the research on the modification of PVDF membrane was mainly focused on hydrophilic modification and antibacterial modification.The anti-adhesion performance was improved by the hydrophilic modification and the adsorption of bacteria on the membrane surface was inhibited by the antibacterial modification.Simplifying the preparation process and improving the antibacterial activity were the research trends to improve the pollution resistance of PVDF.It could be considered that the functional groups with good reaction activity were introduced into the preparation process of the basement membrane by the simple operation of blending modification,and then grafted with the matrix with strong hydrophilic and antibacterial activity to obtain PVDF anti-fouling membrane suitable for large-scale production.
