摘要
冷藏半挂车地板横梁是冷藏车的重要组成部分,它通常是非金属横梁和金属工字梁的组合。目前,国内冷藏半挂车地板横梁连接在制造时多采用人工拧紧,工人劳动强度大,拧紧质量难以保证。因此有必要研究冷藏半挂车地板横梁的自动化拧紧策略,同时解决非金属-金属连接的问题。以一种冷藏半挂车地板横梁为研究对象,对其进行自攻螺钉拧紧试验,通过对扭矩-转角曲线的分析得出3种可采用的螺钉拧紧策略。通过对3种螺钉拧紧策略的拧紧效果进行对比分析,得出了最适用于冷藏半挂车地板横梁的拧紧控制策略为角度-行程控制-扭矩监控拧紧控制策略的结论。采用该策略可以指导自动化拧紧装置的开发。
The floor beam of the refrigerated semi-trailer was an important part of the refrigerated semi-trailer,it was usually a combination of a non-metallic beam and a metal I-beam.At present,the floor beam connections of domestic refrigerated semi-trailers were mostly manually tightened during manufacture,and the labor intensity of workers was high,and the tightening quality was difficult to guarantee.Therefore,it was necessary to study the automatic tightening strategy of the floor beam of the refrigerated semi-trailer,while solved the problem of non-metallic to metal connection.Took a kind of refrigerated semi-trailer floor beam as the research object,a self-tapping screw tightening experiment was carried out on it,and three screw tightening strategies were obtained by analyzing the torque-rotation curve.Through the comparison and analysis of the tightening effect of the three screw tightening strategies,it was concluded that the most suitable tightening control strategy for the floor beam of refrigerated semi-trailer was the angle control-stroke control-torque monitoring tightening control strategy.By adopting this strategy,the development of automated tightening devices could be guided.
