摘要
智能温度直流模件TDCA用于测试温度及直流信号,其测试精度影响测控装置的功能,因此有必要构建TDCA模件的黑盒功能测试系统,用于今后研发功能验证和高低温环境下的自动测试,来严格把控、提升TDCA模件性能。为此,提出基于LabVIEW的TDCA自动测试系统,以准确对TDCA各通道进行自动测试,提高测试效率及测试准确度,为测控装置的产品质量提供有力保障。
Smart temperature DC module TDCA is used to test temperature and DC signal,and its test accuracy affects the function of measurement and control device.Therefore,it is necessary to build a black box function test system for TDCA,which can be used for function verification and automatic test under high and low temperature environment,so as to strictly control and improve the performance of TDCA.For this reason,a TDCA automatic test system based on LabVIEW is proposed to accurately automatically test each channel of TDCA,improve test efficiency and test accuracy,and provide a strong guarantee for the product quality of the measurement and control device.
