摘要
针对服装企业生产多款式服装的需要,建立在工位数确定的前提下,以节拍、等待时间最小为目标的混合流水线平衡模型,并且以工人综合技能熟练度最大为目标进行工人分配。设计自适应遗传算法对具体实例进行工序编排及工人分配。结果表明,设计的混合流水线编制效率达到98.9%,工人的综合熟练度达到158。该模型及算法在保证各工位作业时间均衡的情况下,使工人最大化适配于混合流水线。
Aiming at the production needs of various styles of clothing companies,a mixed assembly line hybrid model was established on the premise that the number of work stations was determined,and the target was to minimize the cycle time and waiting time to maximize the comprehensive skill of workers to allocate workers.An adaptive genetic algorithm was designed to arrange working procedure and assign workers.The results show that the efficiency of the designed hybrid assembly line reaches 98.9%,and the comprehensive proficiency of the workers reaches 158.The model and algorithm can maximize the workers’adaptability to the hybrid pipeline under the condition that the working time of each station is balanced.
