摘要
目的探究奥氮平对首发精神分裂症伴肥胖患者认知功能及激素指标的影响。方法选取本院2018年1月至2019年7月收治的首发精神分裂症伴肥胖患者68例,按照入院顺序尾数的奇偶数分为研究组和对照组,每组34例。对照组口服利培酮口腔崩解片,研究组口服奥氮平。比较两组患者认知功能及泌乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(TESTO)激素指标变化情况。结果治疗后,研究组语言记忆、注意力、执行功能、工作功能、运动功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组PRL、E2、TESTO均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论奥氮平可有效改善首发精神分裂症伴肥胖患者的认知功能,调节激素水平,值得临床推广和运用。
Objective To explore the effect of olanzapine on cognitive function and hormone index in first-episode schizophrenia patients with obesity.Methods 68 first-episode schizophrenic patients with obesity admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were selected and they were divided into study group and control group according to the odd even number of the mantissa of admission order,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with risperidone orally disintegrating tablets,and the study group was treated with olanzapine.The changes of cognitive function,prolactin(PRL),estradiol(E2)and testosterone(TESTO)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of language memory,attention,executive function,working function and motor function in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,PRL,E2 and testo in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Olanzapine can effectively improve cognitive function and regulate hormone levels in first-episode schizophrenia patients with obesity,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
