摘要
通过热老化加速试验和低周循环试验研究了不同老化时长和应变幅值下反应堆压力容器用钢16MND5疲劳性能的演化规律。结果表明,热老化加快材料的软化速率,降低材料的屈服极限。当老化时长达到5000小时后,材料的疲劳性能没有进一步劣化,说明长时热老化对于材料疲劳性能的影响不大。
The evolution of fatigue properties of reactor pressure vessel steel 16MND5 under different aging time and strain amplitudes was investigated by accelerated thermal aging tests and low cycle fatigue tests.The results show that thermal aging can accelerate the cyclic softening rate and decrease the yield limit of the material.The fatigue property of the material will not deteriorate further after aging longer than 5000 hours,indicating that long term thermal aging has insignificant influence on the fatigue properties of 16MND5.
