垃圾渗沥液及膜浓缩液处理技术发展现状 被引量:9

摘要 本文分析了目前渗沥液和浓缩液的常规处理工艺,并分析了各种工艺的优缺点,为后续工艺技术的选择提供了参考。目前,渗沥液常规处理工艺主要为:"MBR+纳滤+反渗透"、"MBR+高级氧化+生化强化工艺"、"碟管式反渗透"、"其他新型生物处理技术"。常规处理工艺中膜系统的使用非常广泛,约产生20%~30%的膜浓缩液,垃圾渗沥液要实现全量处理/零排放,浓缩液的消纳和处理非常关键,文中筛选了一些研究浓缩液的文献,目前膜浓缩液处理工艺主要包括蒸发(机械压缩蒸发、多效蒸发、负压蒸发、低温蒸发、浸没燃烧蒸发等)、电渗析、氧化、混凝沉淀、膜蒸馏、焚烧等。从图中可以看出,浓缩液处理工艺中使用最多的是普通蒸发工艺,占比29%;其次是机械压缩蒸发工艺、电渗析工艺和氧化工艺,分别占比13%和9%,分析了不同浓缩液处理技术的优缺点,给后续浓缩液处理工艺的选择提供了参考。 This article analyzes the current conventional treatment processes of leachate and concentrate, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various processes, which provides a reference for the selection of subsequent process technologies. At present, the conventional leachate treatment processes are mainly: "MBR + nanofiltration + reverse osmosis", "MBR + advanced oxidation + biochemical enhancement process", "dish tube reverse osmosis", "other new biological treatment technology". Membrane systems are widely used in conventional treatment processes, producing about 20 %~30 % of membrane concentrate. To achieve full treatment/zero discharge of landfill leachate, the absorption and treatment of concentrate is very important. Some research concentrates have been screened in this article. In the literature, the current membrane concentrate treatment process mainly includes evaporation(mechanical compression evaporation,multi-effect evaporation, negative pressure evaporation, low temperature evaporation, submerged combustion evaporation, etc.), electrodialysis, oxidation,coagulation precipitation, membrane distillation, incineration, etc. It can be seen from the figure that the most commonly used in concentrated liquid treatment process is ordinary evaporation process, accounting for 29 %;followed by mechanical compression evaporation process, electrodialysis process and oxidation process, accounting for 13 % and 9 %, respectively. The advantages and disadvantages of different concentrate treatment technologies provide a reference for the selection of subsequent concentrate treatment processes.
