摘要
目的:测定木香药材和水提药渣的UPLC指纹图谱和含量,建立木香水提药渣利用价值的评估方法。方法:采用UPLC法对木香药材和药渣样品进行测定,分析各特征峰的残存量,并比较其木香烃内酯和去氢木香烃内酯的含量差异。结果:不同干燥温度木香药渣中木香烃内酯和去氢木香烃内酯峰残存量均较高,表明木香药渣具有二次开发前景。结论:本研究可作为木香水提药渣有效成分的多指标评价模型,并通过优选最适保存温度,为木香药渣进一步利用提供研究基础。
Objective: To determine the UPLC fingerprint chromatogram and quantification of Aucklandia Radix along with its water-extracted products, and establish an approach to evaluating the utilization value for the water-extracted residus of Aucklandia Radix. Methods: UPLC analysis was performed on Aucklandia Radix and its residues so that to study the residual amounts of the specific peaks. Meanwhile, the costunolide and dehydrocostusactone were studied comparatively among the samples by means of content analysis. Results: The residues of Aucklandia Radix contained more costunolide and dehydrocostusactone than the Chinese medicine did, despite being dried by various temperatures, which indicates that there is a prospect for the further exploitation of Aucklandia Radix residues.Conclusion: The research could serve as a multiple-index evaluation model for the effective chemicals in the water extract residues of Aucklandia Radix, with the optimization for the desiccation temperature, which promises the study base for the future utilization of Aucklandia Radix residues.
