摘要
3-羟基-2-萘甲酸为原料合成了4种轴手性BINOL双酰胺催化剂2a-2d,应用于四氢吡喃酮与芳香醛反应中。结果表明:在0℃、以CH2Cl2为溶剂,以15 mol%2b为催化剂的体系下反应28 h,得到较高产率(88%)和较好的对映选择性(92%)。
Four kinds of axial chiral BINOL bisamide catalysts 2 a-2 d were synthesized from 3-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid as raw materials, which were used in the reaction of tetrahydropyrone with aromatic aldehyde. The results showed that the reaction was carried out at 0 ℃ in a solvent of CH2 Cl2 with 15 mol% 2 b as a catalyst for 28 h, can be obtained with higher yield(88 %) and better enantioselectivity(92 %).
