摘要
利用氧弹量热仪、热重分析仪对某燃煤助燃剂进行实验室评价,研究了助燃剂对煤燃烧热值及燃烧性能的影响。结果显示,添加助燃剂对煤炭燃烧热值无影响,不存在厂方宣称的非正常燃烧现象,未能提高煤炭的低位发热量。助燃剂的加入可使煤样的初燃点、终燃点降低,其中对初燃点的影响更大,并确定了该添加剂的最佳添加比例为1.5‰。
The oxygen bomb calorimeter and Thermal analysis(TG)were used to evaluate the influence of the calorific value and combustion characteristic of a coal combustion additive.The results showed that the addition of the additive had no effect on the calorific value of the coal,the net calorific value of the coal cannot be increased,there is no abnormal combustion phenomenon claimed by the factory.The additive could reduce the initial and final ignition points of the coal samples,and the effect on the initial ignition point is more significant.The optimal additive ratio of the additive is 1.5‰.
