基于改进熵权模糊层次分析法的输电线缆质量评价模型 被引量:2

Transmission Cable Quality Evaluation Model Based on Improved Entropy Weight Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

摘要 针对输电线缆制造质量评价问题,基于改进熵权模糊层次分析法提出其质量评价模型。首先以材料质量、生产工艺以及监控验收作为准则层指标构建质量评价指标体系,通过相关性分析在选取的指标层因素中剔除重复指标。接着,对指标层数据进行预处理转化为满意度指标,采用专家打分法确定模糊评价矩阵并通过求解最大特征向量得到初始指标权重,同时对特征值进行一致性检验。然后,分别在准则层计及权重信息熵以及在指标层计及数据信息熵对指标权重进行改进。最后,通过对某地区输电线缆制造生产线数据采用所建立的模型进行评价,得到评价结果并进行检验,验证了模型的正确性和有效性。 Aiming at the quality evaluation of transmission cable manufacturing, a quality evaluation model based on improved entropy weight fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was proposed. Firstly, the quality evaluation index system is constructed by taking material quality, production process and monitoring and acceptance as criterion level indicators, and repetitive indexes are eliminated from the selected index layer factors through correlation analysis. Secondly, the index layer data is preprocessed and transformed into satisfaction index. The fuzzy evaluation matrix is determined by expert scoring method, while the initial index weight is obtained by solving the maximum eigenvector. At the same time, the consistency of the eigenvalues is tested. Then the weight information entropy is considered in the criterion layer and the data information entropy in the index layer to improve the index weight. Finally, the model is used to evaluate the data of a transmission cable manufacturing line in a certain area, and the evaluation results are obtained and tested to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the model.
